Several repeaters are operated in Iceland and one beacon. Anyone with a valid license to operate amateur radio in Iceland is permitted to use the repeaters. Below is a list of the repeaters along with a propagation map.
Red color denotes signal strength > 10µV,
yellow 5 - 10µV,
green 2,5 - 5uV,
blue 1,25 - 2,5µV,
violet 0,6125 - 1,25µV,
light violet 0,3 - 0,6125µV.
Red or yellow areas should be usable with a 2W handheld and a rubber duck antenna.
